Thomas E. "Sonny" Wilcox
Sonny serves as President of Wilcox Funeral
Home, Inc. He has worked in his family's business since 1963.
Sonny is licensed by Mississippi Funeral Service. He is a member
of the Mississippi Funeral Directors' Association, National Funeral Directors'
Association, and Selected Independent Funeral Homes. Sonny attended
Mississippi State University and is a graduate of John A. Gupton School
of Mortuary Science. He is a former member and served as President of the
Mississippi State Board of Embalming, former member of Mississippi State
Board of Funeral Service, President of Magnolia Guaranty Life Insurance
Company, Past-President of Carthage Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow.
He is a fifth-generation Carthaginian, and he married the former Linda
Kaye Jackson. They have two children, Jason and Marianna. Sonny

George Jason Wilcox
Jason serves as Vice-President of Wilcox
Funeral Home, Inc. He has worked full time in the family business
since 1992, and he was a part-time employee beginning in 1988. He
graduated from Carthage High School, attended Mississippi State University
and is a graduate of Northwest Mississippi School of Mortuary Science.
Jason is a licensed funeral director and embalmer and holds a Mississippi
Funeral Service license. He is a member of Mississippi Funeral Directors'
Association, National Funeral Directors' Association, and Vice-President
of Mississippi Funeral Directors' Association. In 2007 he is
slated to become President of Mississippi Funeral Directors' Association.
Jason is also President of the Carthage Rotary Club and volunteers as assistant
football coach at Leake Academy. Jason married the former Christie Allen
in 1995. His hobbies include fishing, water skiing, and boating.

A. Earl Adams
Earl is a licensed funeral director and
embalmer. He has worked with Wilcox Funeral Home, Inc. since 1986.
He is licensed by Mississippi Funeral Service. Earl married the former
Patricia Schilling of Franklinton, Louisiana, in 1992. He is a 1978
graduate of Leake Academy, attended Mississippi College, and University
of Mississippi. He is a graduate of East Mississippi Community College
with an Associate of Arts Degree in Funeral Service. In 1992 he graduated
from the Jackson College of Ministries with a Bachelor of Divinity.
Earl is an ordained minister.

Randolph Scott
Randolph joined the Wilcox staff in
1988 as a funeral director. He has been a licensed and ordained
Baptist minister since 1971. He has pastored several churches in
Leake and Neshoba Counties. Randolph has also served as Leake County's
medical examiner investigator since 1984. He attended Walnut Grove
School and has had numerous hours of continuing education as required by
the state of Mississippi for medical examiners. Randolph has a talent
for "fixing" things, from broken faucets and lawn mowers to broken lives.
Over the years he has preached hundreds of funerals for the families of
our clients. He and his wife, Maurice, have been married since 1967
and have one son, Mike. They have two grandsons and two step-grandsons.
During his leisure time, Randolph likes watching baseball games and old
westerns on television.

Jimmy Pickle
Jimmy is a licensed funeral director and
embalmer. He graduated from Carthage High School in 1990 and East
Mississippi Community College with a degree in Mortuary Science in 1994.
He became part of the Wilcox staff in February, 2003. Jimmy is a
member of Rocky Point Baptist Church. He and his wife, Stephanie,
were married July 10, 2004. She is presently employed with Bank Plus.
Jimmy is an avid fisherman and Mississippi State fan.

Linda King
Linda has been on the staff since April,
1998 as a secretary for the funeral home and insurance company. She
and her husband, Jerry, married in 1967. They have a son, Brent,
who is married and has two children. Linda attended Carthage and
Edinburg Schools and has taken a computer course at ECCC. She was
previously employed as a secretary for Sta-Home Health Agency. Linda
is a member of the Pine Grove Church of God at Edinburg where she teaches
an adult Sunday school class. She is a member of the choir and serves
as Church Life Coordinator on the Leadership Council. She is also
a member of the Lupus Foundation of America. Linda enjoys reading,
shopping, and spending time with her grandchildren. She says,"I consider
it a blessing and a privilege to be part of the Wilcox Funeral Home family
and staff." |

Allen Gregory Collins
Allen has been with Wilcox Funeral Home,
Inc., since 1995. He previously worked with Wilcox from 1980-1987.
Allen attended Thomastown Attendance Center. He and his wife, Mattie,
have three children. They are Tamarra Henry, Amore Winters and Gregory
Allen Collins. Allen is a member of the Delyia Hill Missionary Baptist
Church and the Gallilee Baptist Church. He enjoys gardening, farming,
golf, football, baseball, hunting and fishing. |
