Gary Wayne Phillips Carthage, MS Gary Wayne Phillips, 71, a bookkeeper and cashier, died Saturday, February 5, 2022 at his residence. Graveside services with military honors will be held at 11:00 am Friday, February 11, 2022 at Carthage Memorial Gardens with Bro. Bobby Roberson officiating. Wilcox Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Phillips was a native of Watertown, NY. He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. Survivors include: his wife, Cynthia Strong Phillips of Carthage; a daughter, Jennifer Phillips Fos (Chris) of Oxford; a brother, Alan Phillips of Norwich, NY.
